Begin your 19th-century adventure at Old Sturbridge Village, New England’s largest outdoor living history museum. Put your hands on history, and be inspired by our costumed historians at work on the farm, in trade shops, and in charming homes. Experience authentic New England traditions and hospitality at our lodges, gift shop, and dining rooms.
All visitors and members will be required to purchase and/or reserve their tickets online to manage capacity in accordance with Massachusetts reopening guidelines. Available tickets will be released weekly on each Wednesday prior and arrival time blocks must be chosen. Purchase or reserve your tickets and see our current policies here.
Current Hours of Operation
Due to the ongoing restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, Old Sturbridge Village has had to make several operational changes that will allow us to deepen our focus on our mission of preserving history and the visitor experience. Some of these changes include closing our lodging for the season and closing our banquet division until further notice. Additionally, during the fall, we will be leaning into weekends where we will be open Friday-Sunday.
