Corey Blake never officially attended culinary school--she has led the culinary life. She spent the first half of her twenties cooking and catering from tiny galley kitchens in Connecticut and Dublin, Ireland. She spent the second half traveling and learning everything she could about the wines of Napa Valley, the garlic grilled oysters in Galway Bay and the tavernas outside of Barcelona. She has now returned to Connecticut and can't wait to share her love of all things culinary with you!
